Brenda Depew's practice focuses on all areas of probate and trust administration, and trust and estate litigation. She specializes in both analyzing and preparing complex trust and probate accountings as part of her administration practice as well as her litigation practice. Prior to admission to the State Bar of California, Brenda was the senior probate paralegal at Hinojosa & Wallet for over 17 years where she worked on all aspects of probate and trust administration. Brenda also frequently acts as the special or general administrator of probate estates. Brenda is admitted to practice before all California Courts.
