Kelly Hinojosa's practice focuses on all aspects of fiduciary, estate, trust and conservatorship litigation, including appeals. Litigates trust and estate matters, including extensive discovery; Handles probate proceedings; Manages all aspects of cases from inception through completion; Assists clients in resolving family disputes.
Kelly received her B.A. in Communication Studies in 2005 from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and her J.D. in 2008 from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. As a student at Loyola, Kelly graduated in the top half of her class and received “First Honors Awards” in Employment Law and Advanced Torts for earning the highest grade in each class.
